Munistry provides data, analytics, and software tools. It is not a municipal advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or nationally recognized statistical rating organization; it does not provide advice on the issuance of municipal securities or municipal financial products, and it does not make recommendations to buy or sell any security. Nothing on this Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Munistry website at munistry.com (the “Site”), operated by Estable Corporation (“we,” “us”). By accessing the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

No professional advice

The Site and any reports, scores, or assessments it generates are informational and provided for general decision-support only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, municipal-securities advice, investment advice, a credit rating, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult your own qualified advisors. We are not a fiduciary to you.

The Site

The Site presents information about Munistry and lets you request access or create an account. Content may change without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or false information;
Do not scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Site except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Munistry and Estable marks, are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and its respective providers.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
